Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sprout moong and chana boiled 1 cup
  2. Green peas boiled 1/2 cup
  3. Potatoes boil 2
  4. Chickpea flour 3 spoon
  5. Ginger,chilly paste 2 spoon
  6. chilly powder 1 spoon
  7. Coriander powder 1/2 spoon
  8. Amchur powder 1/2 spoon
  9. Bread crumbs 1/2 cup
  10. Oil for frying
  11. Salt to taste
  12. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl.mash potato,green peas, sprout, and mix well.
  2. Add ginger , chilly ,paste and spices, salt.
  3. Add chick pea flour and mix well.
  4. Take the small portion of mixture and make a flat round shape cutlet.
  5. Coat it bread crumbs.
  6. Grease a tawa with oil.cook both sides.
