Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana 1 cup
  2. salt as per taste
  3. Red chilli powder- as per taste
  4. Lemon juice - 2 tea spoon
  5. Jeera - 1/4 tea spoon
  6. Fried mungfali- 1/4 tea spoon
  7. Chopped and fried potato - 1 medium size
  8. Chopped Green Chilli- 1
  9. Chopped green coriander- 1/4 cup
  10. Oil -1 tea spoon
  11. Turmeric powder-1/4 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak sabudana for 30 minutes.
  2. Now drain extra water.
  3. Spread soaked sabudana on cotton cloth to absorb extra water for 6-7 hours or till all water will get absorbed.
  4. Take sabudana in bowl . Add salt, chilli powder, lemon juice, fried mungfali, potatoes , turmeric powder green chilli and mix well.
  5. Take oil in kadai. Heat it
  6. When oil get heated put jeera.
  7. When jeera colour changes add sabudana mixer in it and mix till sabudana colour changes.
  8. Sabudana khichdi is ready .
  9. Garnish with chopped green coriander and serve hot.
