Dried fruits are very good for are excellent for any pregnant and lactating mothers, unless she is severely allergic to them. It is loaded with calcium, iron, protein, potassium basically all essential vitamins and minerals, which is good for mom and her baby.This is such a healthy ladoos. It has all good stuffs packed in one. Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Kharek powder 250gr.
  2. Dry coconut grated 250gr.
  3. Cashews 125gr.
  4. Almonds 125gr.
  5. Fig 125,gr.
  6. Godambi 100gr.
  7. Dry grapes kismis 100gr.
  8. Gond ( gum ) 100gr
  9. Pistachio 50gr.
  10. Walnut 50gr.
  11. Charoli 50gr.
  12. Cardamon 10gr.powder
  13. Jayfal 2( nutmeg ) powder
  14. 2 bowl clarifide ghee ( desi )
  15. 2 bowl suger

Instructions

  1. Chart of magerment
  2. Dry roast the following ingredients:Grated Coconut (Until colour starts changing to light brown),
  3. In a pan dry roast the dried almonds, walnuts, cashew nuts till it turns golden brown.Put them in a blender and blend.
  4. Add the above all dry roasted ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a fine or slightly coarse powder.
  5. In a Kadhai add 1 tbsp of Ghee once it's hot add 1 tsp of Gondh and cook for 3-5 seconds or until the Gondh fluffs up. Remove in a big mixing bowl and keep aside.
  6. Repeat the same process for the rest of the Gondh. Make sure you dont add all the gond in the ghee at once,  the Gond can remain uncooked in the middle. 
  7. Next mix these nuts with dried apricot, and figs, all finely chopped.
  8. All ingredient mix it well .Add a cardamom and cinnamon powder Suger powder ,carifide ghee ,and mix thoroughly.
  9. Next make small ladoos and store in an airtight container.Have one very day to give you a boost in energy .
