A yummy way to consume carrots in winters in form of this instant carrot kheer.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 big carrots
  2. 1/2 litre milk
  3. 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  4. 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
  5. 1/2 cup condensed milk
  6. almonds, for garnish


  1. Take milk in a wok and let it come to a boil.
  2. Grate the carrots and put it in milk.
  3. Add cardamom powder to the milk.
  4. Let it simmer for 5-7 mins on low to medium flame.
  5. Add condensed milk and bread crumbs and mix well.
  6. Let it simmer for 2-3 mins more.
  7. Switch off the gas and serve warm or cold with almonds.
