Healthy and tasty very popular Raita of North,Bathuae ka Raita is very tasty .Bathua leaves blanched pureed into beaten curd with flavours of cummin ,pepper and corriander with chopped green chillies as preffered.Enjoy with paranthas ,especially aaloo parantha

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bunch Bathua leaves
  2. 200 grams curds
  3. 2 green chillies
  4. Some corriander
  5. Salt to taste
  6. 1 tsp cummin powder
  7. 1/4 tsp pepper

Instructions

  1. Clean wash chop bathua leaves
  2. Blanch boil them
  3. Puree with hand blender
  4. Beat up the curds now
  5. Blend in the puree bathua leaves
  6. Mix well in curds
  7. Add the salt and spices now
  8. Add corriander and green chillies chopped too
  9. Mix well and chill in fridge 15 minutes at least before use
  10. Slit green chilli and garnish
  11. Garnish on top with corriander
  12. Enjoy with paranthas or poori, all meals
