ABOUT Egg paneer bhurji RECIPE

A protein packed dish with the goodness of eggs and paneer both.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 eggs
  2. 100 gm paneer
  3. 1 tbsp oil
  4. 1 big onion
  5. 1 medium tomato
  6. 1-2 green chillies
  7. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  8. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  10. salt, to taste
  11. coriander leaves, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a wok and add chopped onion.
  2. Sauté till translucent and then add chopped tomato.
  3. Add all dry spices and salt and mix well.
  4. Sauté till tomato gets soft.
  5. Add crumbled paneer to it and mix well.
  6. Break eggs and add one by one.
  7. Sauté it for 1-2 mins and then switch off the gas.
  8. Sprinkle garam masala powder and coriander leaves and serve hot.
