Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Leftover chapattis – 4
  2. Grated Jaggery – 1/2 cup
  3. Ghee – 2 tbsp
  4. Chopped dry fruits – 1/2 cup
  5. Roasted Fennel powder – 1/4 tsp
  6. Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  7. Crushed Roasted Peanuts – 3 tbsp
  8. A pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Roast leftover chapattis on low heat with little ghee. Roast them till crispy. Grind roasted chapatis in a blender and add rest all other ingredients.
  2. Grind them only for 1 or 2 times ( it helps the mixture to bind laddoos). Now make a round shape laddoo.
