Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Red lentils 2 cup
  2. Onion 1
  3. Garlic 2 tsp
  4. Turmeric 1/2 tsp
  5. Lemon juice 2 tsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Water as required

Instructions

  1. Enable add red lentils onions garlic salt turmeric and water to cook till it gets a boil and cook at medium flame for 30 minutes.
  2. Lastly add lemon juice and grind it then add tadka of rai and garnish with coriander and serve.
