ABOUT Lauki kabab RECIPE

Today I made lauki kabab,as we all know lauki or bottle gourd is a very healthy vegetable . it helps to reduce weight also. It has many nutritive values. I have added other vegetables also like carrot, broccoli, capsicum etc. It adds to the taste as well as makes it more healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 small lauki
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 1/2 capsicum
  4. Broccoli pieces 7-8
  5. 2table spoon roasted besan
  6. 2 table spoon bread crumbs
  7. 1/2 table spoon cornflour
  8. 1/4 tea spoon garam masala
  9. 1 tea spoon coriander powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/4 tea spoon chat masala
  12. Corinder leaves chopped
  13. 3table spoon oil
  14. 1table spoon red chilli powder
  15. 1/4 tea spoon haldi/ turmeric powder

Instructions

  1. Peel n cut the lauki/ bottle gourd
  2. Grate lauki/ bottle gourd
  3. Press from your hand and remove excess water from the lauki
  4. Grate carrot also
  5. Finally chop capsicum
  6. Finally chop broccoli
  7. Now take a bowl add grated lauki, carrot, capsicum, broccoli
  8. Add ginger garlic paste
  9. Now add all dry masalas
  10. Now add binding agents, like bread crumbs, roasted besan/ gram flour.
  11. Give round shape with the both hand press little to give flatten shape
  12. Heat tawa
  13. Put oil n roast it from both sides.
  14. Now lauki kababs are ready to enjoy at any time.
