Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Potatoes (paper thin slices)
  2. Oil
  3. Salt
  4. red chilli powder
  5. mixed herbs
  6. Toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Slice paper thin potatoes
  2. Wrap potato slices over each “petals”
  3. Secure them with a toothpick,
  4. Deep fry them in hot oil until golden
  5. Remove toothpicks before serving,sprinkle salt and mixed herbs and red chilli powder
