Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong daal 1/2bowl boil
  2. Arhar daal 1/2 bowl boil
  3. Spinach and fenugreek leaves 1 cup
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Ghee 1 spoon
  6. Ginger and garlic paste 1 spoon
  7. Turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  8. Lemon juice 1 spoon

Instructions

  1. First chopped leaves of spinach and fenugreek.
  2. Then boil both the daal.
  3. Add both of fenugreek leaves and spinach leaves and blend smooth.
  4. Take a pan .Add ghee , ginger and garlic paste and mixture of daal. Then turmeric,salt and lemon juice.
  5. Mix well. Serve hot.
