Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Greengram 1/2 cup
  2. Water 2 cups
  3. Onion 1
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Garam masala 1 tsp
  7. Garlic 1
  8. Hing 1/2 tsp
  9. Jeera seeds 2 tsp
  10. Salt as required
  11. Coriander leaves as required
  12. Ghee as required

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak green Gram overnight
  2. In pressure cooker heat ghee,add jeera seeds saute onion till golden brown
  3. Now add tomato,salt,Garam masala, turmeric powder,Hing,garlic add water,coriander leaves.after add soaked greengram.
  4. Wait for 5 whistles.open the lid .yummy greengram Curry is ready to taste.
