Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Brown bread - 4 slices
  2. Boiled n grated potato - 1
  3. Whole moong n black gram sprout - 1 bowl
  4. Chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
  5. Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
  6. Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Corn flour - 1 bowl
  10. Salt - to taste
  11. Olive oil - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl add boiled n grated potato,sprout,green chilly,coriander leaves,red chilly powder,garam masala powder,black pepper powder ,salt and mix well.
  2. Now take a bowl add corn flour,salt and water and make a batter.
  3. It should not be very thick.
  4. Slice bread pieces in triangle shape.
  5. Apply sprout mixture on bread slice.
  6. Now dip that slice in corn flour batter.
  7. Grease the pan with olive oil
  8. Place the bread and sallow fry
  9. Serve with tea.
