Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Semolina (rawa/suji) 1/2 , cups
  2. 1,Carrot cut into inch cubes and blanched medium
  3. French beans cut into cubes and blanched6-8
  4. Green peas blanched, 1 cup
  5. Onion 1 medium
  6. Green chillies 1
  7. Garlic paste
  8. Curry leaves, 8,9
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Method
  11. Chop onion, green chillies
  12. Heat extra oil in a non stick pan.
  13. Add mustard seeds, , curry leaves
  14. And sauté for 1 minute
  15. Add onion and sauté for 2 minutes.
  16. Heat 3 cups water in another non stick pan.
  17. When the onion becomes golden, add semolina and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  18. Add green chillies, salt and mix. Sauté for 1 minute.and set aside.
  19. Add hot water to the pan and cook till most of the water is absorbed.
  20. Add carrot, beans, peas and mix. Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  21. Add and mix. Cover again and cook till the semolina is properly cooked. Serve hot.
