ABOUT Meethi paneer RECIPE

A healthier,yet flavourful version of Methi paneer recipe.A quick and easy dish made with dried fenugreek leaves and homemade paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Paneer cut into cubes 200 gm
  2. Dried fenugreek leaves. 2Tbsp
  3. Oil 1 Tbsp
  4. Chopped onion. 1 medium
  5. Chopped tomatoes. 2 medium
  6. Cumin seeds 1Tsp
  7. Red chilli powder 1Tsp
  8. Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp
  9. Coriander powder 1Tbsp
  10. Garam masala. 1Tsp
  11. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds.
  2. When cumin seeds splutter add chopped onion.
  3. Cook onion until translucent in color.
  4. Add chopped tomatoes ,all the dry Spices and saute.
  5. Cook tomatoes for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Add dried fenugreek leaves and mix well .
  7. Now add paneer cubes to the prepared masala.
  8. Mix well so that paneer cubes are properly covered with masala.
  9. Cook for 2 minutes and turn off the gas.
  10. Serve hot with chapati or as a side dish.
