Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2.5 cup Fresh methi
  2. 1.5 cup wheat flour
  3. 1/2 cup chickpea flour
  4. 1 tsp sesame seeds
  5. 1 tsp green chilly chopped
  6. 1 tsp ginger paste
  7. 2 tsp lemon juice
  8. 1 tsp red chilly powder
  9. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. 1 tsp oil
  11. 1 tsp sugar
  12. Water as required
  13. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Chopped methi leaves.
  2. Mix well, flour, spices, sesame seed, pastes, sugar and salt.
  3. Add chopped leaves..mix well.
  4. Add the lemon juice.and oil.
  5. Make dough.divide dough into two parts.
  6. In pressure cooker or steamer,add water for 7-9 minute stem.
  7. Place the roles in a steamer
  8. Stem for 10 minute.
  9. Cut the stem rolls.
  10. Tempering the methi muthiya.
  11. Heat the oil.Add the mustard seeds.,sesaame seeds ,curry leaves and hung.
  12. Add the methi muthiya.
