Simple delicious oats veg paniyaram

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup oats
  2. 1 cup suji
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 2 Chopped green chili
  5. 1 chopped onion
  6. 2 tbsp chopped beans
  7. 2 tbsp chopped carrots
  8. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  9. 1 cup curd
  10. 1 tsp red chili powder
  11. 1 tbsp mustard seed
  12. 1 tbsp chopped red chili
  13. 10 curry leaves
  14. Baking soda 1/4tsp
  15. 1 tbsp Ghee
  16. Oil

Instructions

  1. Dry roast the oats
  2. Grind to a fine powder
  3. Add suji curd, Salt, green chili, coriander, carrot, onion, beans and red chili powder. Mix it well add water as needed. And make a thick batter.
  4. Heat ghee in a pan crackle the mustard seed, red chili and curry leaves.
  5. Pour the tadka in oats batter. Keep aside for 1 hour. Then add baking soda.
  6. Now make paniyaram shallow fry them both sides till golden.
  7. Serve hot
