Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 c soak yellow moong dal
  2. 2 tbsp curd
  3. 1 carrot grated
  4. 1 onion finally chopped
  5. 1 small capsicum finally chopped
  6. 1 small tomato deseeded n chopped
  7. 2 tbsp corriender chopped
  8. 1 tbsp ginger garlic chilli paste
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 1 tsp eno
  11. oil for making appe


  1. First grind soak dal fine.
  2. add all vegetables, ginger garlic chilli paste, curd, salt n mix well.
  3. now add eno n mix.
  4. heat the appe pan n grease with oil n pour batter.
  5. now turn it and brown from other side also.
  6. serve with green chuttney.
