Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Honey Comb : sugar - 1.3 cups
  2. honey - 1/3 cup
  3. Golden syrup - 2 tbsp,
  4. water - 1/2 cup
  5. Baking soda - 1.5 tsp
  6. yogurt ice cream: Hung curd - 1/2 cup
  7. Heavy cream - 1/4 th cup
  8. Honeycomb crushed -2/3 cup
  9. sugar - 3 tbsp


  1. 1. Heat all the ingredients except the baking soda, in a pan. Cook it till it changes colour to brownish and keep stirring.
  2. 2. Switch off the flame and add the baking soda while stirring it. Pour this bubbled hot liquid on to a heat proof tray lined with aluminium foil. Cool and break into pieces
  3. 3. Whisk the curd for 2-3 minutes, then add the heavy cream. Keep whisking till it is fluffy. Now add the sugar and honeycomb, and mix it.
  4. 4. Freeze this mixture and after about an hour, and mix it with a spoon. Repeat this procedure twice, and in finally stage, add some crushed honeycomb to add that extra crunch. Freeze and serve
