Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Rice 1 and half cup
  2. Urad dal 1/2 cup
  3. Rava/sooji 1/4 cup
  4. Ghee as required
  5. Salt as required
  6. Baking soda 1/2 tsp
  7. Fenugreek seeds 1/2 tsp


  1. Soak rice,dal, fenugreek seeds for 8 hrs
  2. Grind it nicely by adding little amount of water to make smooth batter.allow to ferment Overnight.
  3. And mix rava with water to form batter.now mix both batter,add salt and baking soda.mix well.(batter should be thin)
  4. Heat non stick dosa pan,apply ghee and pour batter
  5. Apply ghee to corner of the dosa and top of dosa.cook both sides.ghee roast is ready to serve with chutney
