Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Moong dal 1 cup
  2. Water As required
  3. Carrot 2
  4. Pototo 2
  5. Tomato 2
  6. Onion 1
  7. Green beans 5
  8. Butterbeans 5
  9. Coriander powder 2 tsp
  10. Chilli powder 3 tsp
  11. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  12. Coriander leaves as required
  13. Oil as required
  14. Salt as required
  15. Garlic 3

Instructions

  1. Wash and soak dal for 10 min.In pressure cooker boil dal and tomato for 10 min.(1 cup water)
  2. Now add 1 cup of water and add all veggies,and all spices.mix well
  3. Wait for 2-3 whistles.sprinkle coriander leaves.spicy idli sambar is ready.
