Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Crab - 5-6 clean crab
  2. Small onion -100 gram finely chopped
  3. Tomato - 2 finely chopped
  4. Green chili -2
  5. Ginger and garlic paste-1 tablespoon
  6. For grinding :
  7. Coconut - 1/4 cup
  8. Coriander seeds -1 tablespoon
  9. Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
  10. Fennel seeds -1 tablespoon
  11. Pepper corn - 1 tablespoon
  12. Red chili -3
  13. Put everything in a mixer jar and add some water to make a fine paste
  14. Turmeric powder -1/4 tablespoon
  15. Red chilli powder -1/2 tablespoon
  16. Coriander powder - 1 tablespoon
  17. Pepper powder -1 tablespoon add more as per your taste
  18. Salt -as per your required
  19. Oil
  20. Chopped coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. clean the crab
  2. Heat the vessel and add some fennel seeds onion . Cook until it get golden colour
  3. Now add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 min then add chopped tomato cook until oil separates.
  4. Add all the spice powder and salt cook for a minute.
  5. Now add the grind coconut and spices paste
  6. Cook until oil Separates
  7. Now add the clean crab and mix well with all the masala
  8. Add some water and Salt as per taste cook for 10-15 minutes.
  9. Now add chopped coriander leaves and some pepper powder . Keep it for 2 minutes
  10. Crab masala is ready to serve
  11. Serve the crab masala with white rice.
