Chana chat is tangy and little spicy in taste , kala chana is excellent source of proteins , chana are low in fat and rich in vitamins and minerals , everyday two three tablespoonful of chana is equivalent to fruits and vegetables consumed in a day , it fills up your stomach and provide you fiber , they help in weight loss too it reduces LDL cholesterol so friends chana can be consumed in any form here I have used it in salad form

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1Cup boiled chana
  2. 1/2Cup boiled potatoe chopped
  3. 1Cup onion chopped
  4. 1Cup deseeded tomato
  5. Chopped corriander leaves
  6. 1/2 Bowl cucumber chopped
  7. 1tsp red chilly powder
  8. 1Tsp green chilly crushed
  9. 1Tsp roasted cummin seeds powder
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 1/2Bowl chopped carrot
  12. 1/2Tsp rock salt
  13. 1/2 Tsp black pepper powder
  14. 1Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. ADD DESEEDED AND CHOPPED TOMATO AND CUCUMBER
  2. ADD FINELY CHOPPED1ONION AND HALF CARROT
  3. ADD CRUSHED GREEN CHILLI , ROASTED CUMMIN POWDER 1TSP AND 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER
  4. ADD 1TSP RED CHILLY POWDER , SALT TO TASTE , AND 1/4 TSP OF ROCK SALT
  5. SQUEEZE HALF OF LEMON JUICE
  6. ADD BOILED POTATOE AND BOILED BLACK CHANA
  7. STIR WITH THE HELP OF SPOON
  8. ADD CHOPPED CORRIANDER AND GIVE A GOOD MIX CHANA IS READY TO SERVE
