Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Burger bun - 1
  2. Onion slice - 1
  3. Tomato slice - 1
  4. Tomato ketchup
  5. mayonnaise
  6. Cucumber slice - 1
  7. Cabbage leaf
  8. Boiled potatoes
  9. carrot
  10. peas
  11. Garam masala - 1 tsp
  12. Chat powder - 1/2 tsp
  13. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
  14. Salt
  15. oil
  16. Bread crumbs
  17. Corn flour
  18. Cheese

Instructions

  1. For cutlet Take pan... Add little oil Add smashed boiled potatoes, carrot, peas
  2. Then add garam masala powder
  3. Coriander powder and chat masala powder....
  4. Add salt and Fry...mix properly
  5. Now Make the mixture cutlet in shape
  6. Take corn flour powder mixed in water
  7. Dip cutlet in it and roll it in bread crumbs...
  8. Now shallow Fry in pan
  9. Arranging for burger Fry burger bun little Bit both the sides
  10. Now add mayonnaise on both the bun from inside
  11. Keep the base bun..keep shallow fried cabbage leaf... Place cutlet on it... Then keep sliced Onion, tomato, cucumber Spread tomato ketchup on it.. Cover with cheese slice and then the above bun..
  12. Keep on pan till cheese starts melting..
  13. Serve hot..
