Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup boiled black chana
  2. 1/2 cup boiled potatoes, cut into small pieces
  3. 1 small onion fine chopped
  4. 1 small tomato fine chopped
  5. 1/2 cup carrot fine chopped
  6. 1/2 cup cucumber fine chopped
  7. 1-2 green chillies fine chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp Cumin powder
  9. 1/2 tsp chaat masala (adjust according to your taste)
  10. 1/2 tsp red chilli powder (skip if you want to keep it mild spicy)
  11. 1/2 tsp Amchur/ Dry Mango Powder
  12. Juice of one lemon
  13. Fine chopped coriander and some lemon wedges to garnish
  14. Salt as required

Instructions

  1. Take a large bowl and add all the ingredients into it.
  2. Check for salt and other spices and adjust according to your taste.
  3. Garnish with some coriander leaves and lemon wedges before serving.
