Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 5 carrots
  2. 2 tbsp clarified butter (ghee)
  3. 1/2 cup Milk
  4. 1/4 cup oats powder (dry roasted)
  5. Nuts of your choice
  6. 2 tbsp dehydrated milk/milk powder
  7. Green cardamom
  8. 3 tbsp or more jaggery if you have a sweet tooth

Instructions

  1. Grate carrots fine.
  2. Put all ingredients in a pressure cooker, except oats powder.
  3. Cook on a low flame for 20-25 minutes. We will wait for the carrot to absorb all the milk.
  4. Add roasted oats powder and mix everything until it comes together as a ball.
  5. Pour the carrot mixture on a greased plate and allow it to cool down for some time.
  6. Cut into burfi pieces upon cooling and enjoy this healthy treat.

I was also interested to know where exactly would I be able to get the location of the carrot burfi, I needed the info before I started to buy CBD oil from their site. Lets hope I can further gain knowledge.
