Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomato - 2 - 3
  2. Spinach leaves - 20
  3. Green chilly - 1
  4. Ginger - 1 small stick
  5. Corn flour - 1 tbsp
  6. Butter - 1 tbsp
  7. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  8. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pressure cooker
  2. Add all above listed ingredients and saute for one mins.
  3. Add one cup of water and pressure cook for five mins.
  4. Once cooled,blend the mixture till smooth.
  5. Add one cup of water and bring to boil
  6. Serve hot
