Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Hare amrod ki puree - 1 cup
  2. Black pepper powder - a pinch
  3. Sugar - 1 tsp
  4. Salt - to taste
  5. Milk - 1/2 cup
  6. Cardamom powder - a pinch
  7. Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  8. Butter - 1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the green guava / hare amrod and pressure cook for five mins.
  2. Once cooled,strain and churn in the blender.
  3. Heat butter in a pan.
  4. Add guava puree,black pepper powder,salt and sugar and lastly we add milk.
  5. Once boiled,switch off the gas.
  6. Add cardamom powder and lemon juice.
  7. Serve hot
