Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 small cup rice
  2. 1 small bottlegourd(lauki)
  3. 1 tsp Salt
  4. 10-cashewnut(kaju)
  5. 10 almond(badam)
  6. 6 mug of milk

Instructions

  1. Soak rice in water for 10 minutes
  2. Chop the bottelgourd ( lauki) finely
  3. add 3 cup water in the pan and then add salt,rice and bottlegourd(lauki)
  4. Cook it for 10 minutes/ till rice is semicooked
  5. Now add 6 mug of milk
  6. Now make a coarse powder of cashew (kaaju) and almond(badam)
  7. Add this kaaju badam powder to the mixture and cook till the consistency is thick but also it is droping
  8. Serve it warm/cold

Wow poonam...such a easy recipe.u make a twist in traditional kheer....very nice...keep posting
