Swag of this burger is hidden in it's pattie. Guey center filled tandoori flavoured patties creates all the magic.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Boiled potatoes medium 3
  2. Raw banana 1
  3. Soya granules 1/2 cup
  4. salt 3/4 tesp
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tesp
  6. Garam masala 1/2 tesp
  7. corn flour 2 tbsp
  8. Tandoori mayonies 2 tbsp
  9. Mozeralla cheese 3 tbsp
  10. Sweet corn 1 tbsp
  11. Bell peppers 1 tbsp
  12. oil for shallow frying
  13. Burger buns 4
  14. To assemble
  15. Shredded cabbage
  16. Sliced onions
  17. Sliced tomatoes
  18. mint mayonies
  19. Ketchup 2 tbsp


  1. Boil and mash potatoes and raw banana.
  2. Soak soya granules in hot boiled water for half an hour and squeeze tightly.
  3. Mix together mashed potatoes, banana, squeezed soya granules, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala and corn flour.
  4. In another bowl mix together tandoori mayonies, grated mozzarella, boiled sweet corns and chopped bell peppers.
  5. Divide potato dough into four parts.
  6. Stuff each part with tandoori mayonies mix and shape into burger patty sealing the stuffing nicely.
  7. Shallow fry patties to golden and crisp.
  8. Halve the burger buns and roast them lightly.
  9. To assemble the burger take bottom half of burger bun apply mint mayonies over it, top with shredded cabbage and then onion slices.
  10. Place fried patty over it followed with tomato ketchup.
  11. Arrange tomato slice and shredded cabbage.
  12. Fix the burger bun top with the help of a toothpick.
