Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broccoli 1 small
  2. Curd 1/2 cup
  3. Salt 1/2 teaspoon
  4. Ghee 2 tablespoon
  5. Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  6. Curry leaves 10
  7. Dried red chillies 2
  8. Cashesnut 1/4 cup
  9. Chat masala 1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Clean and Cut broccoli into small florets and steam it for 3 minutes.
  2. Wisk curd with salt.
  3. Heat ghee in a pan and fry cashewnut and take it separately.
  4. Temper mustard seeds, curry leaves and dried red chillies in same ghee which we roast cashewnuts..
  5. Pour this tempering in wisked curd.
  6. Put steamed broccoli and roasted cashewnut in curd.
  7. Sprinkle chat masala on top and serve this delicious salad.
