Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Carrot 1/2 kg
  2. Milk 1 1/2 liter
  3. Sugar around 300 gm
  4. Few Dry fruits like dry chopped coconut, Cashew, Raisins and pista
  5. Green cardamom 2 no.

Instructions

  1. Add milk in a deep non stick pan and keep it on flame for boiling
  2. Boil milk till 200 ml milk reduces mean while grate Carrot.
  3. Then add Carrot and Cook till 75% of milk reduces then add sugar and dry fruits
  4. Keep stirring halwa till all the milk get evaporated .
  5. Switch off the flame and add crushed Elaichi
