  1. Rice 1 cup
  2. Oil 2 tbsp
  3. Asefotidia 1 pinch
  4. Cumin 1 tsp
  5. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  6. Red chilli powder 1 tsp
  7. Coriender powder 1 tsp
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Garam masala powder 1 tsp
  10. Water 2 cups

Instructions

  1. ADD ASEFOTIDIA,CUMIN AND TURMERIC POWDER INTO THE PRE-HEATED OIL
  2. ADD CORIENDER POWDER.
  3. ADD RICE AND WATER.
  4. ADD GARAM MASALA POWDER.
  5. SALT.
  6. CLOSE THE LID AND TAKE TWO WHISTLES.
  7. OPEN THE LID AND FEEL THE AROMA.
