Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sabudana 1 cup
  2. Milk 2 cups
  3. Sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Cardamom powder 1 tsp
  5. Ghee 3 tsp
  6. Raisins and cashew as required


  1. Soak sabudana overnight.
  2. In pan heat ghee add raisins and cashew.keep it aside
  3. In another pan heat little ghee and add soaked sabudana and fry for few minutes now add 1 cup of water.
  4. keep stirring until you find the sago turning translucent.after add sugar and wait for 5 min.
  5. Now add milk.keep stiring.wait for 10-15 min.after add cashew and raisins.mix well.yummy tasty sago Kheer is ready to taste.
