ABOUT Hawaiian Burger RECIPE

Super unique sweet burger with a khatta meetha taste inserted with fruit and sugar syrup,must try out my this sweet version.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Potatoes 6-8 medium sized boiled mashed and deep fried aloo tikki's 10
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Red chillie powder 1/4teaspoon
  4. Coriander powder 1/4teaspoon
  5. Garam masala powder 1/4teaspoon
  6. Rock salt 1/4teaspoon
  7. Amchur powder 1/4teaspoon
  8. Sugar syrup 5tablespoons
  9. Eggless burger mayonnaise 7tablespoons
  10. Mix fruit chopped well 1/2 bowl of your own choice (Kiwi,Pomegranate,Apple,Banana,Cheeku i used)
  11. Tomato sauce pouches 10 (optional) just to give a khatta meetha taste
  12. Burger Buns 10
  13. Oil for deep frying
  14. Coriander leaves (optional)
  15. Cling wrap for the burgers to be kept safely

Instructions

  1. Boil potatoes,peel,mash and keep aside
  2. Mix dry masala's (salt,red chillie powder,garam masala powder,amchur powder,coriander powder and rock salt
  3. Make tikki's, keep aside for few minutes
  4. Deep fry all the tikki's in oil and again keep aside
  5. In a bowl chop all the fruits and keep aside
  6. Using water and sugar few spoons,make a sugar syrup,keep aside
  7. Now take another bowl add chopped mix fruits,burger mayonnaise and sugar syrup together,beat well using spoon,so that syrup,mayonnise and fruit gets marinated, keep aside for few minutes
  8. Equally spread the fruit mixture on one half of each bun, place a potato tikki and club with the other halves
  9. Serve wrapped with a cling wrap put a tomato sauce pouch in between
  10. Our veg sweet burgers are ready
