ABOUT Pear Ginger Honey Drink RECIPE

This Pear Ginger Honey drink is packed with healthy nutrients. The sweetness from pear and honey mixed with the flavors from ginger is one drink that you can drink daily to detox. It can help with ingestion, nausea etc. Add a few ice cubes to this drink in summer and it proves to be a great replacement of those sugary cold drinks.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 medium-sized pears peeled and pureed
  2. 4 TBSP ginger-honey syrup (see below on Notes on how to make ginger syrup)
  3. Ice Cubes
  4. Soda Water (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a cocktail shaker, mix the pureed pear, ginger syrup, and ice cubes vigorously for 2 minutes
  2. Pour the mixture halfway in the glasses
  3. Top with soda water and serve
  4. How to Make Ginger Syrup Combine 1 cup of chopped ginger, 1 cup boiling water, and 1 cup honey in a blender.
  5. Purée ingredients until mixture is smooth, then strain through a fine strainer or cheesecloth
  6. Bottle and refrigerate until ready to use. Will keep in the refrigerator for around a week
