Ingredients to make Aloo sabji

  • Boil aloo 2
  • mustard seeds 1/2 spoon
  • salt to taste
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1/2 spoon
  • turmeric powder 1/2 spoon
  • Mirch powder 1 spoon

How to make Aloo sabji

  1. Take a potato ,make small piece.
  2. In a pan add oil,add mustard seeds ,turmeric powder ,potato .
  3. Then add salt, mirch powder, black pepper,lemon juice.
  4. Serve hot.

Serve with poori .
