This burger is perfect for weight watcher and healthy life style person. My best try to give unique taste. In this burger, main combination of Dr. Oetker's Veg. Diet Mayonnaise and Pasto Sauce. And also using healthy salad like a purple cabbage, capsicum, tomato. And slice of cow's milk organic Paneer instead of cheese slice. This is 100% Healthy, wholesome, dish which can eaten for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Try is 100% worth.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. whole wheat burger bread 6 nos.
  2. Aloo Tikki 6 nos. ****
  3. Pasto Sauce*** mayonnaise (as per your requirement
  4. Lettuce leaves 6nos.
  5. Slice of onion 1 medium
  6. Slice of Tomato 1 medium
  7. Grated purple cabbage 1 cup
  8. Slice of capsicum 1 medium
  9. Chat masala for sprinkle
  10. Make Aloo Tikki:
  11. Boiled, peeled and mashed potato 2 cup
  12. Paranoid green peas 1/2 cup
  13. Poha washed 1/2 cup
  14. Yellow chilly powder 1 Tsp
  15. Turmeric powder 1/2 Tsp
  16. Pepper powder 1/4 Tsp
  17. Garlic chopped (Optional) 1 Tsp
  18. Salt to taste
  19. For Batter :
  20. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  21. Corn flour 1/4 cup
  22. Baking powder 1/4 Tsp
  23. Chilled water 3/4 cup
  24. Oil 1 Tbsp
  25. For Coating
  26. Brown bread crumbs 1 cup
  27. Oil for deep fry
  28. Make Pasto Sauce :
  29. Fresh Basil leaves 10 nos.
  30. Garlic cloves 4 nos.
  31. Cashew Nut chopped 1 Tbsp
  32. Oil 2 Tbsp
  33. Dr. Oetker's Veg. Diet Mayonnaise 3 Tbsp
  34. For serving :
  35. Fresh Pomegranate juice 1 glass
  36. Chilli tomato ketchup


  1. Make Aloo Tikki :
  2. Heat butter.
  3. Add all Aloo tikki ingredients. Mix it well cook for 2 to 3 min. Switch off the flame.
  4. Cool and make cylindrical roll and keep freezer for 10 min. At least.
  5. Mix all the ingredients for Batter in another bowl.
  6. Now take a potato roll and slice in to tikki.
  7. Now take one tikki dip the batter and coating with bread crumbs.
  8. Deep fry
  9. Make a Pasto Sauce :
  10. Mix all the ingredients of Pasto sauce (except mayonnaise) and grind coarse. Then mix Dr. Oetker's Veg. Diet Mayonnaise. Keep aside.
  11. Now assemble :
  12. Warm burger bread with spray of olive oil. Now take lower part of burger bread.
  13. Spread Pasto mayo.
  14. Then put Lettuce leave.
  15. Then Aloo tikki.
  16. Spread Pasto Veg. Diet Mayonnaise as per your requirement.
  17. Purchase shredded cabbage
  18. Then cow's Paneer slice, sprinkle chat masala on it. Then put one by one slice of onion, tomato, capsicum.
  19. Cover with another half of burger bread.
  20. Serving:
  21. Serving with Chilly Toamto ketchup and fresh pomegranate juice..
