Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 inches of fresh turmeric chopped
  2. 1 inch of ginger chopped
  3. 2-3 green cardamom
  4. 600 ml full fat milk
  5. 3 tbsp sugar or honey
  6. Pinch of black pepper powder

Instructions

  1. take turmeric, ginger and cardamom in a grinder, add 1/4 cup of water...grind it inti a smooth paste.
  2. take the milk in a sauce pan...add the turmeric paste...let it come to boil...further cook for 3-4 minutes on a low heat... add the sugar or honey...
  3. serve this turmeric latte in a glass...serve it when its hot...garnish with black pepper powder...
