Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Grated fresh corn - 3 tbsp
  2. Grated sweet corn - 1 tbsp
  3. Chopped ginger garlic - 1/2 tsp
  4. Chopped cabbage - 2 tbsp
  5. Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
  6. Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
  7. Red chilly sauce - 1/2 tsp
  8. Soy sauce - 1/2 tsp
  9. Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
  10. Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  11. Salt - to taste
  12. Butter - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add capsicum,cabbage and carrot and mix well.
  3. Add ginger garlic and grated corn,sweet corn
  4. Seasoning with salt and black pepper
  5. Add soy sauce,red chilly sauce and mix well
  6. Add cup of water in a pan.
  7. Add corn flour in a 2 tbs cold water and mix in the pan
  8. When it comes to boil cook for two mins
  9. Serve hot
