  1. Masala Noodles packets 2 no.
  2. Fresh green peas 1/4cup
  3. Carrot 1medium size cut into small cubes
  4. Beans 1/4 cup cut into small pieces l
  5. Capsicum 1 cut into small cubes
  6. Onion 1 chopped
  7. Tomatoes 1 chopped
  8. Oil 2 tablespoon
  9. Butter 2 tablespoon
  10. Grated cheese as per requirement
  11. Salt to taste or 2 pinch
  12. Red chilli powder1/4 teaspoon orto taste

Instructions

  1. WE NEED 2 NOODLES PACKETS,CARROT, GREEN PEAS, BEANS, CAPSICUM, ONIONS, TOMATOES, OIL, BUTTER, CHEESE
  2. ADD 2 TABLESPOON OIL
  3. ADD1 TABLESPOON BUTTER
  4. 1 CHOPPED ONION
  5. ADD IN SALT TO TASTE (2PINCH) AND SAUTEY FOR A WHILE
  6. 1 CHOPPED CHOPPED TOMATO
  7. 1/4 TEASPOON RED CHILLI POWDER OR TO TASTE AND SAUTE UNTIL TOMATOES BECOMES MUSHY
  8. 1/4 CUP FRESH PEAS
  9. 1 CARROT CUT INTO SMALL PIECES
  10. 1 CARROT CUT INTO SMALL PIECES AND 1/4 CUP CUT BEANS
  11. SAUTE FOR 1 MIN ON HIGH FLAME
  12. COVER AND COOK FOR 3-4 MINUTES
  13. ADD IN NOODLES MASALA PACKETS
  14. ADD IN1 CAPSICUM CUT INTO SMALL CUBES
  15. SAUTE FOR A WHILE
  16. ADD IN 3 CUPS HOT WATER
  17. ADD IN 2 PACKETS OF NOODLES
  18. COVER AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES
  19. AFTER 3 MINUTES TAKE OFF LID ADD IN 1TABLESPOON BUTTER
  20. MIX
  21. PACK THIS QUICK YUMMY AND HEALTHY MIX VEGETABLE NOODLES IN YOUR KIDS TIFFIN
  22. SPREAD SOME GRATED CHEESE OVER IT
