  3. CUMIN SEEDS (JEERA)-1 TSP
  4. TURMERIC POWDER (HALDI)-1/2 TSP
  5. CORIANDER POWDER (DHANIYA POWDER)-1 TSP
  6. RED CHILLI POWDER (MIRCH)-1 TSP
  7. STIR
  8. BOILED MASHED POTATOES (6-7)
  9. GARAM MASALA (1/2 TSP)
  10. CHAAT MASALA (1 TSP)
  11. SALT TO TASTE
  12. GRATED GINGER(ADRAK)-1 TBS
  13. LEMON JUICE (1 TSP)
  14. MIX WELL
  15. CORIANDER LEAVES(HARA DHANIYA)
  16. TAKE OUT IN A BOWL AND KEEP A SIDE
  17. TAKE A BREAD SLICE & SPREAD POTATO MIXTURE
  18. SPREAD ROASTED TIL
  19. SET EVENLY
  20. GREASED TAWA WITH OIL OR BUTTER
  21. PLACE THE BREAD SLICES
