Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Powder oats 1/2 cup
  2. Water 2 1/2 cup
  3. Oil 3 tablespoon
  4. Tomato 1
  5. Onion 1
  6. Ginger garlic paste 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Curry leaves 10
  8. Coriander leaves 1/4 cup
  9. Salt (as needed)
  10. Turmeric powder (1/4 teaspoon)
  11. Red chilly powder 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add ginger garlic paste.
  2. Once it become golden brown add onion and curry leaves and saute.
  3. Add tomato, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and saute till nice aroma come..
  4. Add water and oats powder.
  5. Bring it to boil and finally add coriander leaves.
  6. Searve hot....
