Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Greengram 3 cup
  2. carrot 1
  3. pomegranate 1
  4. apple 1
  5. walnut 100 gram
  6. pepper (as needed)
  7. salt ( as needed)
  8. lime juice 3 tablespoon.


  1. Soak greengram in water for about 8 hours..
  2. Drain the water completely.
  3. Cover and rest it in warm place..
  4. Open in meantime and sprinkle little water and keep till it become sprouted.
  5. Steam the sprouts for 5 minutes.
  6. With the steamed sprouts add pomegranate, chopped apple, chopped carrot, pepper, salt and lime juice....
  7. Delicious and healthy food... serve and enjoy.
