Its a very healthy & niutricious barfi.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Grated cucumber 1 cup
  2. Grated coconut 1cup
  3. Jaggery 1 cup
  4. Semolina 5 tsp
  5. Crushed cashew nut half cup
  6. 2 crushed cardmom
  7. Ghee 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Heat a karahi & add ghee ,then add grated coconut , cucumber & jaggery & mix it well,
  2. Cook for 4 _ 5 mins ina medium flame,
  3. When the jaggery is melted properly then add crushed cashew nut, cardmom pwdr, & mix,
  4. After that add semolina & mix all together properly,
  5. Now switch off the flame,
  6. Now set prepared mixture in a bowl & steam for 10 mins,
  7. After 10 mins its ready,now cut in a desire shapes, & garnish with some grated coconut & cashew nut,
