Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 Cup grated carrot
  2. 2 cup whole wheat flour
  3. 1chopped onion
  4. 1 tsp ginger paste
  5. 1 green chilly chopped
  6. Garam masala 1/2 spoon
  7. Oil as required
  8. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. rince and then pill to medium size carrot.
  2. Grate the carrot and place aside.
  3. Finally chop onion ginger curry leaves green chilli and coriander leaves if all the ingredients ready for the paratha
  4. Add whole wheat flour into the mixing bowl
  5. Add salt carrots onion chopped coriander leaves green chilli Ginger
  6. Mix everything very well
  7. Make the Dough.
  8. Make paratha from the dough.
  9. Place the rolled carrot paratha on hot tawa.
  10. Greased the paratha with oil.
  11. Cooked the paratha on both sides.
