Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet corn - half cup
  2. Water - 3 cup
  3. White pepper - 1/2 tsp
  4. Corn flour - 1/2 tsp
  5. Butter - 1 tsp
  6. Chopped carrot - 2 tsp
  7. Chopped beans - 2 tsp
  8. Chopped onion - 2 tsp
  9. Salt - to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat butter in a pan.
  2. Add chopped onion and saute for one mins.
  3. Add sweet corn and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
  4. Add salt,white pepper and all the veggies and stir fry for 2 - 3 mins.
  5. Add corn flour in half cup of water and mix well and add in the pan.
  6. Add 3 cup of and boil for 8 - 10 mins.
  7. Serve hot.
