ABOUT Pear Cupcakes RECIPE

A valentine's day gift for some one who loves cakes, my son.

Ingredients Serving: 6

100 gms Rice flour
1/2 teaspoon soda bicarbonate
1 tsp baking powder
50 gms brown sugar
1 pear, grated
4 tablespoons Olive oil
2 tbsp sugar syrup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 190 degrees Centigrade.
Sift together the flour with the bi-carb and baking powder. Add the sugar and add the grated pear. Mix all together.
Add the oil and golden sugar syrup and beat all the ingredients together. Put into cup cakes mould and bake in a pre-heated oven for 25 minutes.
Decorate them with whipped Cream and candies.
