Ingredients Serving: 7

  1. Potato(medium size)--15
  2. Onion(chopped)--1 large size(whole), 1 small size(half)
  3. Ginger(paste) --1 medium(half)
  4. Garlic paste
  5. Tomato Ketchup
  6. Turmeric powder --1/2 tblspn
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Sugar
  9. Soyabean oil(to cook)
  10. Green chillies(chopped)--6
  11. Green peas(boiled)
  12. Coriander leaves(chopped)-- to serve
  13. Water(to boil)

Instructions

  1. Take 4tblspns of Soyabean oil in a pan and cook the potatoes for 10mints till it becomes fry
  2. When finished keep it aside
  3. Again add some oil and give chopped onions and ginger-garlic paste into it
  4. Saute them
  5. Add green chillies and green peas
  6. Again saute them for some minutes and add fried potatoes, salt
  7. After sauting add 1/2 tblspn of turmeric powder
  8. Add water(jhol) to boil
  9. Add Tomato Ketchup to give light red color
  10. Lastly when serving hot give the chopped coriander leaves over aloo dam
