nowadays kiddo college going teenager everyone's favorite is burger and its really handy and yumm to eat. I always make my burger buns at home,tikkis too at home its really easy to make them ,ready sauces and dips make our work more easy,we can make early preparations and serve them whenever they want to eat

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For burger buns ---
  2. 3 bowl all purpose flour
  3. salt to taste
  4. 2tsp butter
  5. 2tsp yeast
  6. half cup milk
  7. warm water
  8. for patty------
  9. 6-7 boiled potatoes
  10. salt to taste
  11. 1/2 cup grated and squeezed carrot
  12. 1/2 cup grated and squeezed cabbage
  13. 1/2 cup boiled green peas
  14. 1tsp aamchur powder
  15. 6 slices of bread
  16. oil for deep frying
  17. greenchilli garlicpaste 1tsp
  18. grated ginger 1tsp
  19. pinch of sugar
  20. 1tsp red chili powder
  21. bread crumbs of 4 slices
  22. cheese slices
  23. mayonise 1 bowl
  24. mustard sauce 1/2 bowl
  25. onion slices
  26. tomatoe slices
  27. lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. procedure of buns---
  2. take all purpose flour in bowl
  3. add salt to taste
  4. add 2tsp of butter
  5. in a cup add 2tsp of yeast
  6. add 2tsp of sugar
  7. add warm water 2tbsp
  8. mix with spoon and cover the bowl
  9. leave aside for 15 minutes
  10. it will turn frothy
  11. now add yeast mixture to all purpose flour
  12. mix light handedly
  13. do not overnead the dough
  14. apply some butter and make a crackfree dough
  15. now cover the bowl with cling film
  16. keep bowl in warm place for 1and1/2 hrs
  17. after 1and 1/2 hour remove dough from bowl
  18. place on counter of your platform
  19. dust little flour
  20. apply push and pull technique
  21. push towards opposite sides
  22. and pull towards your side
  23. divide the dough in equal parts
  24. arrange in baking dish
  25. brush with milk
  26. sprinkle some seasame seeds
  27. cover and keep again for 1 hour
  28. preheat oven and bake for 20 minutes
  29. temprature will be 200 deg
  30. procedure for patty ----
  31. mash boiled potatoes
  32. add green chili garlicpaste
  33. add grated ginger
  34. add salt
  35. add aamchur
  36. add boiled green peas
  37. add 2 bread crumbs
  38. add sugar
  39. mix and make paaty
  40. make cornflour slury
  41. dip patty in slury
  42. roll in bread crumbs
  43. deep fry in oil
  44. procedure of arranging of burger
  45. take bun cut from middle
  46. apply butter
  47. apply mayonise
  48. apply mustard sauce
  49. place some lettuce leaves
  50. place patty
  51. place slices of onion and tomato
  52. place slice ofcheese
  53. put second half on top
  54. burger is ready to enjoy
